This Privacy Policy explains how Freediyscore collects, stores, processes, and safeguards your information while using our platform and financial analysis tools.
Information We Collect
To provide accurate "loan readiness" and credit analysis, we collect the following categories of information:
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Identity Data | Full name, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, current and previous physical addresses, and your signature. |
| Identity Documents | Photographs or scans of your Social Security card, driving license, and a recent utility bill, which you upload to verify your identity before dispute letters can be produced. |

| Contact Data | Email address and phone number for account alerts and support. |
| Technical Data | IP address, browser type, and device identifiers used for fraud prevention. |
How We Access Your Data
Freediyscore does not store your bank credentials. We use secure, read-only integrations through third-party partners such as Plaid.
You must explicitly authorize these connections. You can revoke access at any time through your Freediyscore dashboard.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data strictly for the following purposes:
-
✓To generate AI-powered financial health and loan readiness reports. This involves sending some of your data to OpenAI — see section 04.
-
✓To identify potential inaccuracies in your credit profile for your review.
-
✓To process subscription payments via our secure partners, Stripe and Airwallex.
-
✓To detect and prevent fraudulent access to your account.
Freediyscore does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial information to third-party lenders, marketers, or lead generators. Your data is used only to power the tools you use.
Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party AI Processing
Parts of Freediyscore are produced by artificial intelligence. To provide them we share some of your personal information with OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States), an AI provider acting as our processor. OpenAI is the only third-party AI service we send your data to.
The table below sets out exactly what leaves our systems, when, and why:
| What we send | When, and what it is used for |
|---|---|
| Credit report data — scores, tradelines, balances, payment history, inquiries, and public records | When your action plan, credit goals, or video audit script is generated, so the AI can analyse your profile and write the recommendations you read in the app. |
| Images of your Social Security card and driving license | Only at the moment you upload one, and only so the AI can read the number and dates printed on the document and confirm they match the details on your account. Your utility bill is never sent to OpenAI. |
| The written script of your audit narration | When your audit video is prepared, so the text can be spoken aloud and translated into the language you select. |
We ask for your permission before any of this happens, and we ask you again, separately, each time you upload a Social Security card or driving license. If you decline, the document is not uploaded and nothing is sent.
We do not send your password, your payment details, or your contact details to OpenAI.
OpenAI processes this information on our instructions under its API terms and data processing addendum, which give your information protection equivalent to that described in this policy. OpenAI does not use data submitted through its API to train its models, retains it only for a limited period for abuse monitoring, and may not use it for its own purposes or disclose it to anyone else.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your information only as long as your account is active.
If you choose to close your account, all associated financial data pulled via our API partners is purged from our active systems within 90 days, except where required by law for tax or audit purposes.
Security Standards
We implement bank-level security to keep your data safe:
-
🔒Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using 256-bit AES encryption.
-
🛡Access Control: Only authorized personnel with a "need-to-know" basis can access support logs; they never see your full raw credit data.
-
✓Compliance: We align our practices with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) standards.
